In depth

Pallet Distribution services, explained.

Johnson's Haulage arranges pallet distribution for businesses moving anywhere from a single pallet to ten or more, without the cost of booking a dedicated vehicle. As a haulage company working with established UK pallet networks, we handle collection, network trunking and final-mile delivery to any UK postcode, with next-day, economy and timed delivery options and electronic proof of delivery on every consignment.

Pallet delivery without a full-load price tag

Pallet distribution is built for consignments of one to ten pallets that don't justify a dedicated vehicle but still need a booked, traceable service. Your pallets are collected locally, consolidated at a network hub with other shippers' freight heading the same direction, and delivered on to their destination the next working day in most cases.

Next-day, economy and timed delivery options

Choose a standard next-day service for routine distribution, an economy two-to-three-day option where cost matters more than speed, or a timed morning or pre-noon delivery for customers with strict goods-in windows. Saturday and pre-9am services can also be arranged through the network on request.

Nationwide network reach and remote coverage

Partner pallet networks cover every UK postcode, including the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland via dedicated feeder trunking, so a single booking gets your pallets anywhere in the country without you needing separate carrier relationships for remote areas.

Tracking, ePOD and damage-conscious handling

Every consignment is barcode-scanned at each stage of the network journey, giving you online tracking from collection to delivery. Electronic proof of delivery — including signature, time and, where available, a photograph — is returned automatically once the pallet is signed for, and pallets are handled to minimise the risk of in-transit damage.
