Standards & assurance
How we protect your freight.
Our job is to select the right carrier and stand behind the movement. These are the checks and working practices behind every booking we place.
Approved carrier due diligence
Every carrier we use is assessed before it moves freight for our customers, and records are kept for each approved partner.
Goods-in-transit insurance checks
We verify goods-in-transit and liability cover for the carriers we appoint, and check the limit against the declared value of your consignment.
Shipment visibility
You receive collection confirmation, progress updates on live consignments and proof of delivery once the job is complete.
Dedicated account management
A named contact who knows your freight profile, delivery points and escalation requirements — not a general enquiries queue.
Documented operating procedures
Bookings, carrier selection, documentation and exception handling follow written procedures so the service does not depend on one individual.
Customs documentation support
Export and import documentation for European and international movements is prepared alongside the transport booking.
GDPR-compliant data handling
Customer and consignment data is handled in line with UK GDPR, and we only collect what is needed to deliver the service.
Clear escalation route
If a movement is at risk you hear it from us first, with the options and cost implications set out clearly.
Straight answers
We would rather be accurate than impressive.
We do not list certifications, memberships or accreditations we cannot evidence. If your procurement process requires specific certification, insurance limits or supplier documentation, ask us and we will tell you exactly what we and our appointed carriers hold — in writing, before you book.
Common questions
- Do you own the vehicles?
- We are a freight forwarder and transport manager. We plan your movement and appoint a suitable carrier from our approved network, then manage it end to end.
- Is my freight insured?
- We verify goods-in-transit cover for the carrier appointed to your job and check the limit against your declared value. Tell us the value at quotation stage so cover can be confirmed in advance.
- Can you provide certificates for our supplier onboarding?
- Yes. Send us your supplier questionnaire and we will complete it with current documentation for us and the carriers we intend to use.
- Can you carry specialist or restricted goods?
- Tell us the commodity and classification. We will confirm whether a suitably qualified carrier is available before you commit to a booking.
